24/7 access to open space, flex offices, fixed offices, conference rooms, event space and a generous community area in an even larger space. 

The film studio allows the recording or live streaming of pitches, talks or events for one to four people simultaneously. The studio can be used to record in front of a green screen, white screen or black screen. The mixing console allows switching to different camera perspectives or picture-in-picture displays. The signal can be connected to your laptop, e.g. for live transmission to Zoom or YouTube or for recording.

For the transport of prototypes, tools and material or for the organisation of events, we offer teams the possibility to borrow an electric transporter and an electric cargo bike.

Use the facilities of the Collective Incubator to host your event. The space can host between 16 (conference setting with tables and chairs) and 80 people (no seating opportunities). It features professional light, sound and video equipment and even a stage.

We support startup teams with free permanent offices in the early stages until they can afford to rent in the traditional office market. The office space is allocated for a maximum of one year. Start-ups with a legal form receive the office as so-called de minimis funding, there are no "real" costs. Otherwise, the office is for free. Please see the links below for further information. Our Centre for Bio-Medical Technology (ZBMT) particularly addresses the needs of companies, active in the field of biotechnology and medical engineering. As the first cluster building of the RWTH Aachen Campus Melaten, the ZBMT is located in one of the most ambitious projects in the Aachen region. The building offers premium office and laboratory areas on a total area of around 4,100 m², separated on four floors.  We offer superb workspace facilities next to the nearby research facilities, such as the Uniklinik RWTH Aachen (University Hospital) or the Helmholtz Institute for Biomedical Engineering.
